Devon Campbell: Allstate Insurance

This guy is a scammed! He gave one price for homeowners insurance by adding I had car insurance with Allstate knowing I did not. 3 months later I received a letter of increase. When I tried to talk to him about it he got belligerent and hung up on me.

Great customer service!!! went above and beyond to tailor my policy to my needs and budget and beat my rate at my old insurance company.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and peace of mind they provided. From the start, the process of getting a quote was smooth and straightforward. Their agents were incredibly knowledgeable, took their time to explain all of my coverage options when it came to customizing the needs for my home.

The one star is by fault because this the lowest google allows you to go. Honestly, I do not feel as if I received the best services or experience. Whenever I had a question or concern my phone calls, repeated emails and voicemail were unanswered. Mr. Campbell does not return any point of contact, I never experienced such lack of professionalism, the office seriously needs to be shut down.
