NOT RECOMMENDED!! I started doing business with this company when my dad died in 2015 to continue with his payments. I've been thru 3 agents with this office since and have this office not to process my quarterly payments in time after I made them and noticed that my checks weren't still cashed after a month. It is the same with money orders. I complained to management several times when I was informed that they haven't received my payments. I don't know what unprofessional and illiteracy is happening with his office, but I will be searching for a more professional office to handle my insurance needs. I will also write to BBB and Consumer's Affairs with my complaints.

Get a second insurance if you're in a situation like me where I'm continuing payments from when my mom died. She'd been with the company forever. They're very old school & a bit unprofessional. I don't want to bash the company. They just need to upgrade & get better TRUSTWORTHY reps.
