Update to my earlier review (below)- I have never been so sure that my insurance company took care of details. Becky Carson is on top of my insurance coverage - car, home and liability umbrella policy. She follows up on everything and I am so comfortable about having my insurance with Covenant because of her. From a year earlier: Friends told me that Becky Carson was an agent who would follow through, and she certainly did a wonderful job of helping us find all the coverage we needed. We are very pleased with Becky and with Covenant Insurance Group.

My experience with this agency has been great I have been dealing with Nina for years and she's always come through for me and my family. I recommend her to anyone that ask me who I have insurance with. It's not who I have insurance with. It's who my representative is which is Mrs. Nina so I will be staying with them as long as I can.
