First and foremost, I would like to pay my respects to (Mr. Brian Thompson), the CEO of United Healthcare who was murdered a year ago today. ........ I want to start this review by thanking United Healthcare for the service they provide with my Medical care and treatment. As you know I am dealing with doctor after doctor here in Virginia who continue (Not), to provide proper healthcare and treatment. Some have gone to the point of literally falsifying medical records, test and documents. I continue to file grievance after grievance, which I have done with other insurance companies I have had in the past which has left me with Surgical Clips beings left in my TMJ area by a Sentara Norfolk General ENT doctor (Matthew Bac). Sentara covered up and doctored my records for more than 24yrs. I onl
yes, please..i have a question, my husband of over 20 years, Benjamin Grant (pictured) was prescribed "farxiga" by DR.CHUNG, his heart doctor, and my husband ran out of this much needed medication months ago and it has not be refilled, despite his heart doctor 's recommendations and repeated requests , by both DR. CHUNG and my husband.please respond as soon as you get this message , so that important matter can be handled quickly..thank you , Karin Howell..now, according to federal law, a prescribed medication that is denied a patient is a violation of the Hippocratic oath ...
I have UHC and it is terrible. Very limited provider network, horrible customer service. If you try to call for assistance, you are routed to an overseas call center. Everyone is incompetent, they give inconsistent answers, frequently hang up on you, and there are no extensions to get back to the same person. Every time you get disconnected it’s back to the beginning of the robo menu and when you eventually get back to a human they will have no idea what was discussed previously. Their provider directory is inaccurate and out of date. It feels like this system was specifically designed to prevent people from getting the care they need. Would give 0 stars if I could
If I could give a 0 star I would. My mother cancelled her insurance through UHC in December and is still being charged and every time she calls to talk to someone they put her on hold and hang out, she has called over 14 different times on different days and no one is helping. Absolutely disgusting to keep taking from people even though they have stopped all payments through multiple people or so they all say before hanging up. Terrible customer service
Actually, I give them zero stars. I am so tired of calling with questions or needing assistance, only to get a call center overseas. There is a huge language barrier, not to mention the times I have been misinformed by the call center people. Why do I have to go through this??
