United HealthCare in Bridge City

Called to get a quote for health insurance for my family & told me that insurance is going up 50% in 2026 and quoted me $300 difference higher from my last insurance that’s ending this month. When I told them I’ll call them back BECAUSE THEY WERE THE FIRST INSURANCE I CALLED THAT EVENING TO LET ME CHECK AROUND FIRST, hung up on me so quick. Then had the audacity to call back & ask me if I’m searching insurance for myself or my family. SAME LADY and when I told her I just called she hung up so quick and didn’t let me finish ! Thank you for showing me how unprofessional yall are and how you guys ain’t receiving a call back at all even if insurance went up 50% BIG MAD

The Owner or manager intentionally didn’t inform me after asking him about my due date to be able to charge me more to renew. Done this several times. Only informed be when it has canceled. On top of that keeps going up on me every time. Sorry snake in the grass

Bunch of liars and scammers if you ever have to go through them do not ever make changes to your policy over the phone cause they'll say they changed it and then when you go in to make payments or anything your policy will be like you never had called them and had them change it I had called and dropped my policy from full coverage to liability only which you think would be simple but not for them they didnt even do that and then on top of that they lie about grace periods on their policies all in all they're bad agents

They saved me $60 dollars a month on my Car Insurance. The ladies working at Smart Insurance are very helpful and they will make a extra effort to save you money.
