Bill Nickum - State Farm Insurance Agent

It's very nice having a local State Farm agent. Every time I've called because of one need or another, every employee I've encountered have been friendly and professional. They have always helped me without delay. I have nothing left to say but great service.

I’ve had insurance with Bill Nickum State Farm For many years….. like 50 years. His office is very accommodating and helpful.

This office used to be my State Farm agent. When I call them the other day to ask a question about my bill, one of the employees that works there named Donna, immediately started talking at me and then started talking over me and wouldn’t let me ask a my questions. She was incredibly rude and acted like I didn’t matter much to them. I submitted a request to transfer agents within an hour of getting off the phone with her. I thought about leaving State Farm entirely. I left this agent solely because of this one employee and won’t ever go back.
