Cancelled my plan after 3 months because they lied to me every time I called when I signed up I was told I had vision and dental turns out I didn’t. My wife needs monthly infusions even though the pharmacy she goes through was in net work they wouldn’t cover it because it wasn’t there preferred pharmacy. Now that I cancelled and the account is inactivate they are still charging me and telling me they don’t see the transaction, but when I disputed it through my bank they said that it was a valid charge. So which is it there is no charge or it’s a valid.
