Jeremy contacted me about updating my life insurance, which had great timing for updating all of my insurance. He did a great job walking me through each step and explaining details and definitions. I also had some more in depth questions, since I would like to be more knowledgable about where my money goes, and he was great at providing explanations. Finally, he was very easy to get along with and while the computers can take a while, we just talked and got to know each other. Also confetti for a completed document!

Jeremy at State Farm explained everything to me with details of each policy and cost of each. I was able to complete two policies via the phone. I was able to send him a couple of documents with only one phone call to complete his request. Working with a State Farm agent has made changing insurance very easy. Jeremy’s awesome to deal with and a real nice guy. No pressure at all just straight up options and super clear explanations. He even hooked me up with the college student discount which was nice. He takes his time and doesn’t rush you just makes sure you actually get what’s going on. For a college student and young driver especially being walking distance from Tech campus I’d recommend him as the best
