Please fix your scheduling at Optum, a division of UHC. Optum's website states "We’re a leading health solution and care delivery organization. Our work is complex, but our mission is simple: create a healthier world, with you at the center." If this is the goal, then why can't I change my x-ray appointment from a Monday to a Fri. When registering for services I provided my availability: Fridays and Saturdays. But you booked me for other days and since I've rescheduled one appointment, I have exhausted my one appointment reschedule allotment. This is terrible policy, please fix it.
