I had to file a claim for the first time recently, and they checked in regularly on the progress to ensure I was being taken care of. Charles was a tremendous help while I was going through the process of purchasing my replacement vehicle. He really went above and beyond to square everything away on the day of purchase. Charles at State Farm was amazing!!! He helped me every step of the way from March to August with getting my windshield repaired. Everytime I called or texted him, he did everything that he could to help. He even called me to make sure the glass company was doing everything they told me they would do. If you want amazing customer service then Charles is the man to call!
