I will be recommending that we move to Medical Mutual or another company when our renewal is up. United Healthcare claims department sent our Covid reimbursement checks to an old address that I haven’t resided at for SIX YEARS!!! I’ve lived in Ohio for six years but somehow my reimbursement checks are being sent to another state at an address I haven’t lived in for a very long time?!! Then I’m told to contact my HR department so they can correct the error!! HR doesn’t even have my old address in their system. I do receive my other insurance related mail just fine, but this is beyond ridiculous. I hope United Healthcare realizes their internal mistake and fixes it quickly.
