Dave Maute: Allstate Insurance

First off I really don’t believe in insurance. I think it’s a racket. With all of our technology, you would think that they could come up with something better that was fair but if they did, we wouldn’t be paying for people’s houses on the beach on the coast to be repaired every other year. It seems as always, somebody’s already got a policy or something in place that helps the rich to stay richer and the poor to stay poor. But I won’t drive a car without insurance and make somebody else pay premiums for me. I won’t do that and if you buy cheap insurance, well you get what you pay for. I know I pay way more for insurance than most ALOT. Then it happened, I caused an accident. It wasn’t me solely that caused the accident and unfortunately it happened at one of the worst intersections in

The Maute Agency gives me personal attention. Each year after I get my home owner’s policy for review, I call them. I always get someone that is more than willing to go over my auto and homeowners policies. The agency is big enough to always be available, but small enough to be personal. I should note that I don’t live near Springfield. I’ve never evening their office. However, I do feel they value my business.

I had a break in of my home last summer. Due to inflation I raised my deductibles to try and balance out the cost of the insurance I understand that things happen and all that but if I had to adjust my insurance that much because they weren’t willing to budge on price. This is why I’m not sticking with Allstate.

Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. While considering our policy options Mr. Maute and his employees took the time during two meetings to really explain what they recommended as the best for our family's life insurance needs. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and they patiently answered all of our questions. We feel good about our decision to purchase our insurance from Mr. Maute.
