My roof was and is leaking from shingles being blown off by the wind and after having the guy come out and look at outside and inside damage I was told that a small part of it is covered because my home owners didn't have that certain coverage well I thought homeowners covers your home! Not just certain parts of it. Really not happy with there policy so I will pay for my own roof and then look for another insurance company I think what really bothers me is that I had this company for 25 years and they will not stand behind me

The company sent multiple contracted agents to our property unannounced. When one was confronted, they refused to leave and proceeded to photograph parcels of land and structures not covered by the policy. This rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable since we've never filed a claim. Beware of doing business with them.

Put a claim in 3 weeks ago the guy came out to take pics the next day and haven't heard one thing since then I even left the agent 3 messages and no response !

Put In a claim,the guy was very rude and said it's been turned down and we cancelled your ins and don't bother contacting an attorney.I've never experienced such rude unprofessional people in my life.stay clear of this place..
