I’ve had Allstate for 16 years. They have been phenomenal to me. They protected my vehicle coverage when my exhusband tried to cancel my car insurance behind my back, fixed my Jeep after hitting a deer, and worked with me to get my home insured for a decent price. I love the ladies who work there. They are knowledgeable, frank and fair. I couldn’t be happier with the services they provide and the fact that they bring their dogs to work. 10/10 highly recommend..

I loved Allstate but given the market i needed to change to save money not an issue nothing personal. After changing insurance Kathrine had the audacity to lie to my face about the cancelation. I didn't know how it worked before but in order to cancel i had to learn because she refused to cancel me causing me a great deal of anguish. After sharing my story with others it seems the common practice to cause people frustration for trying to leave. I would have looked at coming back as i have had Allstate for 20 years not I will never deal with Kathrine Tuttle.
