Spoke with a Guy named Fred Carter,said he was the president of company and there was noyone higher than him that i could speak with,he was not helpful at all and kept repeating same thing over and over like a robot even after stating i understood him,that if he would of just let me speak at all we could of had an understanding at the beginning of call,terrible customer service
