I got into an accident with their client. It’s been a week of calling and I barely got a claim number from them. Their claim agents are rude. Their service is so unique because it’s the worst I’ve ever encountered. This place probably isn’t even real.

Their client hit me. It has been 27 days and they still won't return a call, even from an attorney. I haven't been able to have a rental car. In the meantime, I'm racking up medical bills. I can't get to dr visits as I have no vehicle. This company doesn't seem legit or professional. If you want cheap insurance then this is the place to go. They won't take care of you in your time of need. I hope they read this and return my attorney's phone call.
