Bamboo Insurance

First time home owner and utilizing Bamboo for a claim. Process was long but well worth it. Bamboo covered the temporary housing repairs and much more! Great communication from my adjuster Brittany Jackson.Will definitely recommend Bamboo. Grateful to be back home with everything taken care of.

Tammy Yates was there for me! She stayed open past 5 on a holiday weekend to firm-up my transferring to Bamboo. And it came out to half of what I was paying to National General who cancelled my policy due to a couple of claims over trees that fell. One of them wasn't even mine it was a city tree from the curb!

I had a terrible experience with this insurance company. I filed a claim after an incident that clearly should have been covered under my policy, but instead of helping, they made the entire process frustrating and drawn out. It felt like they were looking for any possible reason to deny the claim rather than actually reviewing it fairly. Communication was awful. I had to call multiple times just to get basic updates, and every time I spoke to someone I got a different answer. Weeks went by with no real progress, and when I finally got a decision, they denied my claim with what felt like a vague explanation that didn’t match the situation. Very happy, great customer service, polite and made sure to answer my questions about my home policy. No double talk and within a short timr I got a update policy that I'm very plesed with the respect and friendly service. Ended the call with Representatives checking if he had resolved the reason I call about, snd was there anything else he could help me with. I think his supervisor should send him to Hawaii, all expensis paic.

I honestly regret choosing Bamboo Insurance. I had to file a claim, and what should’ve been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating experience. From the start, it felt unfair. I wasn’t given clear explanations, and I never felt like my claim was actually looked at with care. I had to keep calling just to get updates, and every time I spoke to someone, I got a different answer. It was exhausting. Instead of feeling supported during a stressful situation, I felt like I was bothering them for asking simple questions. The final outcome of my claim didn’t feel fair at all, and I was left disappointed and honestly upset. Insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind. This experience did the opposite. I wouldn’t recommend Bamboo Insurance based on how my claim was handled.
