Unemployment Insurance Office

I went to ask a question about my payments and practically got my head bitten off by the virtual woman. Apparently our lovely government only feels like you deserve to be able to eat and pay your bills sometimes and we just need to be grateful.

Unless you call exactly at 8:00am they will not answer the phone! Completely unacceptable. So they only take I'm assuming 3 calls a day?! Tax payer money goes to waste in NJ. very disappointing I'll be calling the senate on this matter.

People at the front desk taking names. Giving you a number to hand you off to a virtual computer with virtual assistant. No one there helps you in person.

When you have to visit the unemployment it is usually not a fun experience. They were helpful though. Not sure why they need two armed security guards!!

Calling the unemployment Central Jersey is impossible and I remember talking to Patty on June 26 she is very rude and arrogant , this people should not be working there they should just stay home. You know when you just lost your job and calling unemployment and you got a call back after 2 hrs and Patty will be the one talking with you rudely it’s kinda frustrating so i decided to make an appointment to my Neptune unemployment office and I was surprised for the people who work there. Felicia the lady who helped me was very helpful and kind. She really went above and beyond to solve my issues. I only have interactions with the guard and Felicia but they’re all seems nice. Thank you Felicia 😊
