Russ isn't a horrible person/AGENT per se. But frankly just wants to collect his commission checks with ZERO desire/ supporting his customer base once they've signed up (with whomever is dangling commish $ at time). Totally worthless on follow-up as an AGENT. Beware his tactics.

Russ is by far the sweetest gentleman I've ever met. He's extremely helpful and funny. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I like the company. They are strict but efficient. When they get to know you they treat you like family. Warning turn cell phone off in their office. Please put your fax number on the page so i do not have to call you each time.

I have them many years agoI didn't have a checking account at that timeAnd for the renewal of my car insurance I gave them a $400 money order made out to them personally handed it to the person at that time who was the owner and then I got a cancellation notice and he told me he lost it and that it was my job to come up with the $400 again even thoughIt was made out to the insurance company and I handed to him directly in his hands are you kidding me
