My coverage was supposed to start the August 1st and when I went to get my medication I was told to wait a few days? Then I called and told my insurance didn’t start till September 1st?? What kind of insurance company is this? I’d give 0 stars if I could. Honestly they are shady and should be shut down. This company isn’t even credited by the BBB. I wish my work had normal insurance.

They don’t pay what is covered! I’m probably going to have to obtain a lawyer. They’re refusing to pay over 6,000 for when I had my baby at the end of 2022. They have sent a check in which I have a copy of and when my doctor office went to submit it, there were no fund. They have said they sent 2 more checks my doctor office hasn’t received it yet. They couldn’t tell me how much went to my deductible. All insurance have a place where you can clearly see what has gone toward meeting your deductible and OOM. This company is completely fraudulent! The customer service there is also horrible, very rude and not helpful at all. This company needs to be shut down! Stealing people’s money!

Cut off coverage of a mental health medication in the middle of treatment costing me several thousand dollars out of pocket to avoid withdrawal symptoms. ABSOLUTELY never pay promised coverage. Completely disregarded annual routine lab bill. I have now signed up for goo insurance!

They pay nothing, leaving you with an entire bill after you have paid your portion to have the insurance. They approve procedures and then never pay them so you are stuck with thousands of dollars in medical bills. Complete scam!!! Do not let your employee's down.

They never answer your messages, they tell your healthcare team they didn't receive their bill, over and over again. There is very little information on your home pages . They are awful
