Finding Louis was a Godsend. I was left to choose a Medicare plan for my mom as my father became ill and forced to retire leaving my mom without future coverage. Louis was patient with me and always responded even to the silliest of little questions. I never felt pressured to choose any plan. He really just gave me information and answered my questions and left the actual deciding all to me. He speaks slowly and has no problem repeating himself. I think those qualities are important since I know most folks find it all confusing and overwhelming like I did.
