I’ve spent $10k in premiums for Mutual of Omaha Plan G over 2024 and 2025 based on the advice of TZ insurance which I’ve had for years. Here’s the truth. They don’t care about you and me. That $10k covered $2400 in supplemental expenses. You’d think that TZ would have informed me about the high deductible plan G which costs only $50 per month per spouse. You do the math and ask yourself if TZ cares about you. A resounding No! So here’s what you do. Ask how much they’ve spent in total per the last two years on claims. Then calculate the monthly premium you’ve paid. Be prepared to be in shock!! The point? Check each year what the plan G carrier has paid out vs what you’ve paid in premiums. The shop each year and forget about TZ.

TZ rep called me seconds after I filled out an online request for a medigap quote. Condescending, ill informed insurance agents. Asking questions totally irrelevant to medigap and questions NO other medigap provider asks, very suspicious. I hung up. If you fill out a Mutual of Omaha request for Medicare supplement coverage, expect one of these jokers to call.

DO NOt USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MEDICATE ADVANTAGE PLANS. THEY ARE FULL IF MISINFORMATION. CALLED FOR AETNA AND THE CALL WAS ROUTED TO THEM. RECEIVED FROM AETNA A DIFFERENT PLAN THAN THE ONE DISCUSSED.

I called and talked to Mr Lee Levin ,He is awesome very knowledgeable answered the question that nobody else could. Very patient answered all my questions took his Time with me he actually spoke with me 1hr50 minutes and that’s really Unheard of for Insurance agent . Thank you Mr Lee Levin . Dr ,Jack Khorram. This company keeps calling me despite my negativity I even had to get very rude and they still keep calling. They got my number from a Medicare site and now they won't quit calling me. It's disgusting. I've told them three or four times I don't want them to call I don't need them to call but they continue to irritate the hell out of me.
