Terrible experience with this agency. Do not work with Daniel unless you want to speak to a wall. Extremely dismissive, demeaning, and does not seem to care whether you have questions or not. He was expressively growing impatient with me within the first 5 minutes of speaking and was practically raising his voice at me, a prospective policy holder, all because I had asked a question he didn’t know how to answer. He cut me off mid sentence and told me to “look it up on Statefarm.com”. As far as I know, that is YOUR responsibility to answer as a Statefarm representative. I have never been spoken to like this in my life. I will be filing a complaint to corporate.

Don't use this State Farm. Absolutely horrendous customer service and forcing double policies on homeowners by making up their own rules.

I went there to sign few documents and conduct visual inspection of my car. One of the staff came out and took care of it right away. No muss no fuss
