Tyler Evans - State Farm Insurance Agent

Agent is great. My claim communication has been awful with claims. Requested car to be transferred to Auto Body as found a good place. I came home and found State Farm towed to my home. Now they charged me $75.00 stating i was over my towing limit. I confirmed with State Farm where to tow. This was not the only issue so i am terribly disappointed. Car is at the Auto Body i requested now after paying $75 which i will be requesting reimbursement.

Been with Tyler for 16 years, State Farm with 32. We have life, auto plus homeowner's insurances and have been pleased with the attention we have had from purchasing, renewing and filing claims. Tyler takes the time to discuss options as life changes to be sure we are insured as needed, this includes reducing or changing coverage when warranted. I have never before had an agent that follows up regularly once a policy has been sold, including the crazy-making event when the refrigerator flooded 2 floors of the house while we were gone or my brain-dead error of paying life insurance and using the wrong account number, Tyler and Melissa made sure things went smoothly.

Melissa is very friendly, helpful, and provides very timely support to our family's insurance needs and questions. Five Stars!
