Best insurance group ever! Friendly, personable, and easy to connect with. Jason found me a great plan for both home and auto insurance, at such a good deal I left my last insurance group I had been with for 10+ years. I can reach Jason directly when I have a question, which is not something you can say for most insurance companies. Today, when I realized I had a a flat car tire, I called Jason to see if roadside assistance was covered in my policy. It was not, but Jason offered to drive out himself and help me change my tire! I couldn’t believe the service, it was incredible and I’m still so touched and impressed! Jason saved me in what was a pretty stressful moment. I’d recommend Jason and Slater Insurance to everyone!

Sent an email to add a car to my insurance and when I called the next day the woman there said I had complicated things because I didn't send it directly to her, I only sent it to the general email for Slater. Well I did send it directly to her and cc'd the general email address. Even if I hadn't don't they read the general emails first thing in the morning? Had a couple of calls from Slater inc. the person that I dealt with directly. Raised one star for that contact, but the initial review is still correct. If I had been told that it was a very busy day and they had not gotten to it, then I would have been okay, but telling me I complicated things (when I didn't) as an excuse, doesn't sit well with me still.
