Anita is a real star. I called to see if I could mail the invoices for payment of premiums and the first customer service person I got just said Yes. I called back to see my addresses were correct. Anita answered and said "you don't have to do that. She took care of everything in about 5 minutes." She will be my go to person from now on.

I've been a customer since my late teens. I've anyway received friendly and helpful service from the staff. Most importantly I've never had any issues of any kind! Thanks so much for the 30ish years of making sure I'm covered!

Just goes to show nationwide is not on your side!! I should have left after the way the did me when I was in that terrible head-on 3 yrs ago and they wouldn't pay for the under-insured all b/c they said my ex-husband and I weren't living together at the time. But they didn't have a problem taking our money.....Now there was a glitch in the system and I have to pay the fine!! They didn't have a problem keeping my money for 2 weeks and letting me drive around without insurance for 2 weeks!! I received a text over the weekend saying I would be receiving money back was the only way I found that I didn't have insurance!! I had been a client for 20+ years!!
