The incompetents of this office is unreal. I received a lapse due to the negligence of a prior employee. The information that requested was requested and sent back in April, however it was never submitted. No communication in over a month and on today’s call, it was still under review by under writing until I had to show my true colors and a Christmas miracle happened…. Underwriting responded that the lapse is valid. I was bamboozled into writing a new policy in order for the lapse to be reinstated. Now it’s another story. The office manager and Ben himself have not stood by their words or their business for that matter. 0/10 recommend this office.
