I was a TWFG Insurance member for about 5 years. They used to have really good service initially and was part of the reason I signed up through them. but over the years I could see this go down year over year. Every renewals was a painful process where I had to email and call them multiple times just to get them to made changes and amendments to the policy. After many weeks of calls and no callback from them, I have decided to finally move on and ended up saving several hundred dollars in the process. I am giving 2 starts for the past service I received. If I had to score them for the current service, I would probably give no stars.

Mark was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with obtaining insurance for my business. I got the best price for all the coverage I needed plus more. Thank you so much TWFG!

Some of the best customer service that I have ever received from an insurance company. They are responsive, fair priced, and always seem to be looking out for the customers best interest. I highly recommend this company.
