We've been a loyal State Farm client since the mid 80s. We consistently pay our bills and have minimal claims submitted. We never agent hop. Unfortunately, we had to change from our last assigned agent due to service and performance issues. Luckily, we met Rexie through association with Dorothy, whom we fished with at our local lakes. She introduced us to Rexie to get a feel for her agency and whether we would be a great fit. We found Rexie personable, knowledgeable and responsive to our insurance needs. With Dorothy leading the way, we transitioned immediately. No sooner, we reviewed all our coverages, and normalized the problems cause by the previous agent.
