This is for the New Philadelphia office specifically. I am not a customer but my dad who is 71 years old is. My dad trusted this company with the maintenance of his insurance of auto, and home. Specifically he was ensured through progressive. My dads 6 month, and annual policy due dates were due by April 1st. My dad put 2 checks into the mail and sent them both to the auto location, instead of one of the checks going to another location specifically for home. My dad was reinsured many times by Tuscarawas Insurance Agency that everything would be okay, that they would handle everything. Specifically this was several weeks ago. I have no car do not drive I cancelled my insurance they charged my card anyway an over a month later still haven't received my money back have gotten 3 different stories every time I've contacted them about it .. the only one there that capible of doing there job is the receptionist..
