I take ALL my reviews seriously! It's because what service you get determines if you go back! Kenedra in this office REALLY went above and beyond! She didn't quit untill I was taken care of! I had left a message and she called me back on a Friday right before quitting time! This woman checked every angle of my policy to make SURE I had what I needed and wanted. She let me take my time, ask questions and even Google a few things to be sure I needed them. I really appreciated her. Kindness is free and she was kind, extremely professional and extremely helpful. I have been with Jonathan Gaudio/Allstate Insurance for Home/Auto policies for a few years now, and I have been very satisfied with the service and policies. Today I called to get details on my auto policy and I spoke with Breann. After Breann helped me with my initial reason for calling, she updated my profile and removed outdate information. Breann then went into great detail about benefits included in my Allstate Roadside Assistance membership. As a result, I was able to cancel my membership with AAA saving myself $117.00 annually. I received an offer in the mail for my home insurance and decided to check on it to see if I could get the same coverage that I have with Nationwide. I called and spoke with Janae and was pleasantly surprised how professional and knowledgeable she was to help me change to Allstate.
