I went in to renew my flood insurance as I've done for years. I was told that due to homes location flood insurance was no longer available without purchase of the Texas Fair Plan home insurance policy. But it looked like nothing or else the 3500/property plus flood. Then 30 days later they called and told me the flood insurance is available separate and I owe another 800 for it to remain in effect. I could not even talk to the agent over a chorus of nonono you did not say that..etc. bye!
