I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Hailee Lopez. After being a loyal customer for over two years and never missing a single payment, I expected professionalism, care, and at the very least a conversation before any drastic decisions were made regarding my policy. Instead, I was met with a nonchalant attitude and a shocking lack of concern for me as a long-standing customer. My policy was offered to be canceled far too quickly, without any real effort to understand my situation or provide solutions. There was no empathy, no attempt to retain my business, and no appreciation for my consistent payment history. Bait and switch tactics. Use an enticing or to good to be true quote, then throw in a bunch of "extras" claiming they are required and increasing the price. When we aquired new insurance at a better rate and asked to cancel the agent became unresponsive going on two weeks now. Literally the worst insurance experience ever. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Customer service has declined abysmally. I've been with TXFB for twenty-four years. Their coverage is still top tier, and is why I have not left, but I cannot recommend them for their customer service. My old agent, Todd Swonke, provided consistently prompt, personable and stellar service. Since he moved on, I'm just another number - after twenty four years. Sick of it. Cannot reach Corporate either.

I've had Texas Farm Bureau for over 5 years, I did leave and decide to go back because of a horrific event in my life. I decided to go back and was immediately turned down! I do not recommend going here due to the customer service being unprofessional.

They do offer the cheapest quotes, if you don’t include their yearly $50 membership, I’ll give them that. They are dishonest hagglers though. You can only signup through an agent & the agent WILL tamper with & change what you chose for your quote & do whatever they want to get the most money for them. You are NOT required to have uninsured/underinsured anything yet I was told that “Unfortunately I cannot decline that coverage. We are required to write for uninsured motorist.” That is false & just another way to make money. I shopped around & came back because again, they are cheaper but I told her to lower the bodily injury/property damage because 50/100 & 50 is entirely unnecessary. Supposedly something happened w/ that application & she had to redo it. She explicitly stated “nothing chan
