Turner & Associates Insurance

I had a very disappointing experience with Turner & Associates Insurance. The staff was rude and dismissive, and management showed little interest in addressing concerns or providing basic customer service. Simple questions were met with attitude rather than assistance, which made the entire interaction frustrating and unproductive. Insurance is a service built on trust and communication, and unfortunately this office fell short on both. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Turner & Associates to anyone looking for responsive or respectful service.

Turner & Associates have helped me with my auto, renters, and umbrella policies for the last 5 years. Without fail, they are responsive, friendly, and helpful. They have gone out of their way to walk me through my options and help me select a policy with the appropriate level of coverage at a low price. I can't imagine switching to another agent.

Turner and Associates go above and beyond for their clients . They work diligently to find the best coverages for the lowest rates and the service is far superior to any other agency . Heather Hamilton , Account Manager , gives 5 star service and is a pleasure to do business with . Mr Turner is also very knowledgable and helpful . Give them a chance and you will not ever go anywhere else !
