I just have to take a moment to shout out Misty and her entire staff because their customer service is truly TOP TIER! From day one, Misty has been extremely professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about her craft. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and makes sure you understand everything when it comes to your policy. I’ve been with Misty for almost a year now, and honestly it feels so good to have an insurance agent I can trust. Anytime I have concerns, I can literally text her and before the day ends all of my questions are answered. That kind of communication and dedication is rare these days! Very helpful with a feel of down home customer service. Very patient and willing to help in anyway they can! Highly recommend! Although if I had saw the pictures of the Bulldog and the office staff in Red and Black I would’ve had second thoughts! Go Gators! lol!

I recently changed Insurance is from another company to this one, and the rates here are much much better. I’ve had excellent customer service so far with Christie and Julie and I’m really recommend everyone to give them a call.

The receptionist is the best, the one that always answers the phone providing 5 STAR customer service. She is exceptional at listening, providing very accurate information and following up doing what she said she would do. She knows who she is, and I hope she's rewarded for the exceptional customer service experience she provides. I couldn't regularly get in touch with the State Farm claims department following my accident but she did and relayed the information to me. Forever grateful to this very important dedication employee that went over and beyond to assist me and calmed my nerves. THANKS again Mr. Lane.
