Turbeville Insurance Agency Beaufort

I have been chatting with Chris DeSanty in regards to a few different insurance quotes because I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. My experience with him has been nothing short of amazing. He offers wonderful customer service and truly wants what's best for his customers! -- Not sure which route I will go in regards to which company I work with, but his level of professionalism and kindness is something that I will absolutely remember and take into consideration when making my final decision.

Fantastic company, the customer service is outstanding! We purchased a new vehicle right before the holiday after the offices had closed. I sent an email with some questions, not expecting an answer until Monday. But Diane replied on Christmas Day! If that’s not going above and beyond then I don’t know what is. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance brokers!

I won't recommend this brokerage to my family, friends, or enemies. They don't offer customer service. They don't LISTEN to the customer. My insurance policy rate went up, more than double. It took me a 10 minute phone call to the insurance company to learn why, and 24 hours more to obtain and submit docs to lower it back down. This brokerage/agent did nothing but try to sell me a new policy at nearly double my current rate. This sales pitch went on for 9 days. I kept the insurance company & policy, but dropped Turbeville and went to a new broker/agent.

I love everything about this agency. Diane Peeples is my account manager and she is always so nice and helpful. I highly recommend doing business here.
