Joel and his team are flat out amazing. When our family insurance went up this year, Joel at Capstone was recommended to help out. I am so thankful to have been put in touch with him for multiple reasons. First of all, he was like our personal insurance agent who listened to what we needed. We weren't just a number to him, we were human beings. On top of that, he saved us about $18,000 a year! I just can't say enough about the great service we receive working with this company. One of the best!

Joel had been a great help in 2019 when I wrote my 5 star review, but for the last year or two he has not been. Never answering my calls nor the calls of friends and family I send to him to give him some business. I assume he is just too busy to respond to multiple calls for help. Too bad.
