terrible. u have to go in person for everything. i ask to speak for a manager every time i call and they say they are not available. Rude people, i have my card set up for auto payments yet still have to call everytime

Worst insurance company I've ever experienced. Still waiting on my estimate weeks later after their driver is already faulted for the accident and they have all the pictures. Now no one is answering my calls or even making an offer of payment. Time to call a good lawyer

The service was good everybody has Smile on their face but what surprised me was the amount of time it took to actually speak to an agent but once we were able to speak to the agent everything was good

Worst insurance company I've ever seen in my 50 years of being on this planet. Been almost 2 months now since my accident I still don't even have an estimate on my car. Any other insurance company this would all be done by now these people don't even call you back

If there was 0 stars I would have gave it. Not renewing the policy of 3 vehicles because of the rain. The most stupid excuse I ever heard. Insurance is insurance. I had them for 6 months and no tickets or anything. And now wanted to renew and they denied due to rain 🙄. THE WORST…
