I just wanted to take a moment to Thank Ms. Laura Davis who was extremely helpful in the decision making of me helping to save money on my insurance policy. She was very knowledgeable and she went above and beyond the call of duty. As always, Jordan Smith by far is the best insurance agency that I have ever been with. I’ve been nothing but satisfied with Jordan Smith’s office since my whole family got our insurance through them. Everyone is very helpful when we call them for any questions we may have. Lately we’ve been dealing mostly with Samantha, and she is the most helpful and nicest person every time we talk to her. It’s honestly so refreshing these days, because getting professional, helpful customer service is very rare, but she is also so sweet that you get off the phone with a smile on your face. Mr. Smith was amazing and informative with my policy. There were no grey areas what so ever! He explained everything with my auto insurance and answered any questions I had. Their office is clean and easy to find. The lovely lady at the front (never caught her name: forgive me!) was the sweetest and welcomed me with a beautiful smile! I have been with State Farm for around 3-4 years and through several different agents, and this wonderful office takes the top!
