This company is extremely untrustworthy, particularly Tyler S. He does not return phone calls, and the information they provide is misleading. From the start, it feels like a scam. They pressure you with promises of large insurance settlements, but fail to explain the hidden costs: attorneys can take nearly 40%, plus 10% for the company and another 10% for the restoration company. Once you decide not to proceed with the claim, your insurance may refuse to renew until the damages you submitted are repaired. Essentially, they say whatever they need to get you in the door and then stop caring about what happens afterward.

They are very professional and proactive firm in achieving positive results. I had a claim for a roof exterior and interior damages at my property and the got me more than enough from my USA insurance company, which without the adjusters I would only gotten 1k . They got me 36k gross for all repairs after all payments . Thank you so much for your work I will keep on reccomending you

Im so thankful for everything you guys did for me, i was able to finally fix my roof and kitchen. They know what they are doing, once they take over you dont have to worry about anything else. Just be patient and wait for them to settle my claim. When I had any questions Carolina was always there to help me. I reccomend this company
