I want to congratulate Cindy Santiago, the executive manager, for having such an extraordinary employee, Miss Jesley Lopez. Today, March 4, 2026, I called the offices to inquire about some aspects of my policies. Whenever I call State Farm, I receive excellent service, and the young woman who assisted me has extensive knowledge of insurance. So, to the reader of this review, I encourage you to switch all your insurance policies from other companies to the best and only company in all of Florida and the United States. The time to switch is now; don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today.

Maria was extremely knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. She analyzed my previous insurance policies and went above and beyond at that point. Not only making a smooth transition from my previous carrier to State Farm, but able to cut my rates by half for my truck and motorcycles. That’s right people, HALF!!!!!!.
