Troy Ferguson: Allstate Insurance

Huge shoutout to Rachel & Troy at Allstate! I was 90% confused and 10% panic. They broke everything down, got me a great deal, and didn’t even judge my “uhhh what’s a deductible?” question. Now I’m insured and feeling like a responsible adult (almost). Rachel explained stuff like I was her confused child, and Troy came through with the savings of a discount wizard. Now I’m insured and slightly less clueless. 10/10 would recommend.

Oh my gosh, working with Troy and his employee Chantal (sp?) was amazing! I hate shopping around for insurance and don’t have a lot of experience with it, they were both so patient and helpful while being very friendly. If I had a question, they answered within the shortest amount of time possible. I love this office. You have a new member who will share the fantastic experience with anybody who may need help! Troy was great, so patient with my millions of questions. I’m so happy.

Troy Ferguson is amazing to work with and so incredibly helpful. He will take the time to truly listen to his customers. I was in a pinch recently and he helped me navigate the insurance system. Highly recommend.

Allstate annual gross profit for 2023 was $14.953B, a 14.1% increase from 2022. Allstate annual gross profit for 2022.. AND THEY STILL increased my prices .. all I do is pay them to screw me over in the long run it's awesome. If I could give 1/32 of a star it would still be to much, and I understand a company needs to make money but that's crazy
