I decided to switch insurance for my rental property and I was sent a policy quote within a few days of my inquiry. The new policy quote was considerably lower than my existing policy. John had my new policy submitted to underwriting soon after that and I was able to sign electronically which was very easy. Also, I'd like to mention there was a previous problem with my home policy that John resolved very quickly. He treats his clients like gold and I absolutely recommend this agency.

John has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have asked him a million questions and sent many emails back and forth and he never tired of dealing with me and always had a positive, helpful, resourceful attitude and gave awesome support and suggestions. John is great. I told him all about my insurance situation that has been kind of a debacle over the last couple of years. He took the time to go over all of my policies, and he actually told me that my coverage with my current provider was very good and that I should keep it for now until my next renewal. He showed that he is honest and he took the time even when he knew it made more sense for me to stay with my current provider. Honest and ethical.
