Mark Ziegler - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was looking for a new car insurance company because my former provider kept raising their rates. I found Mark Ziegler online and decided to give him a try. I’m so glad I did, as my experience has been excellent. It was refreshing to speak with real, helpful people. I worked with one of Mr. Ziegler’s financial planners, Camille, and she made the process so smooth. Not only was I happy with the rate she offered for car insurance, but I also explored options for home and life insurance. I highly recommend Mr. Ziegler and his team—great people and great service!

I submitted a quote online, and recieved a call from Mark within the hour. I opted to use text messaging and Mark made sure that i was able to finalize the policy, sign documents and create my online account. Mark made sure everything went smoothly, and it took no more then 5 minutes. So far he has been good about answering all my questions, and has responded every time in a very timely manner. Happy to be a new state farm customer
