Trish Stratton - State Farm Insurance Agent

Trish Stratton has been my family's personal State Farm Insurance Agent for over 30 years. I find her professionalism and integrity to be second to none. She is truly a pillar in our community, and represents State Farm in an exceptional manner. Trish is responsive to my insurance questions, whether it be day or night, and no matter what the issue, she's always patient, understanding, and helpful. I know many of her customers, and each and every one of them hold Trish Stratton in the highest regard as the premier State Farm agent throughout the Commonwealth. I can't thank Trish enough for the many years of loyal service that she's provided my family.

I switched to State Farm Insurance over twenty years ago. I have received great service from Trish Stratton throughout the years. Always easy to contact and quick to return calls. Takes the time to explain (very well) the constantly changing insurance plans. I never like buying insurance, but I feel over the years Stratton Insurance has provided great service and works for me as their client to get the best coverage.

I regret to share my incredibly disappointing experience with this representative from State Farm. As a customer of State Farm, I had always believed in their commitment to excellent customer service and reliability. Unfortunately, my recent interactions with a this representative have shattered this perception. The disrespect and unprofessional behavior I encountered were far from what I expected. Throughout our interactions, the representative consistently displayed a dismissive attitude, lacked basic courtesy, and failed to address my concerns adequately. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I was left feeling frustrated and disheartened by the representative's behavior.

The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced during the phone call was not only shocking but also deeply disappointing. The representative's tone and behavior were completely unacceptable – I was actually yelled at during our conversation. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and courtesy, I was met with aggression and a complete lack of regard for basic customer service norms.

I am the owner of Wright Properties. We have owned over 2400 rental units in the Richmond area (single family homes and apartments). All of these properties have been insured through Trish Stratton at State Farm Insurance. In the very few instances that I had to make a claim, I found Ms. Stratton to be responsive, professional, and courteous. I make this statement without reservation.
