Trinity, our agent was very helpful during the claim filing. Every person we spoke with was kind and helpful. Our claim was handled quickly.

As far as it goes with insurance companies, Farm Bureau sits second to none. My family and I have had State Farm, All State, and two other random companies that covered us through a brokerage company, and none come close to the coverage that Farm Bureau offers. Most recently, we had hail damage on our roof. We called Trinity and the next day, there was an assessor out to inspect the damage. He appraised the damage and wrote us a check that more than covered the cost to have new shingles put on through a contractor! And, our insurance rates were never affected! They also offer awesome “windshield chip” vehicle coverage and immediate turnaround time with a reimbursement check, as well as excellent road side service if you’re needing a tow! Give ‘em a call. Trinity was so patient in answering ALL my questions. I was VERY pleasantly surprised Farm Bureau has the best rates for me, even after increasing my coverages a little. He gave me great advice for my renter’s coverage, and made sure I understood both policies I took out. I’ve known him for years, but always “avoided” buying insurance, but ONLY because I thought Farm Bureau would be more expensive.
