Elsie and Logan were fast and easy to work with! While it was fast, I was not rushed into anything I didn’t feel comfortable with, I got to ask multiple questions (sorry haha), and they both communicated effectively and we got our car insurance in less than 30 minutes when all was said and done. We also got our cheapest rate with them. Thank you guys SO much!!

I had a vehicle crash early September of this year. A young permit driver, no insurance on the vehicle. Deemed his fault. Both vehicles were totalled. I filed the claim, State Farm got right on. Then it all seemed to just stop. So I got ahold of the great people working in the Logan Ball office. Garrett, Elsie, Jessica. They got me hooked up with all the right people, and we got it done. Real people, not automated answering machines. State Farm, Thank you. But you need to get back to letting Real people like Logan Balls people crew do what they do. Get it done.
