I would not recommend this agency due to my experience with them. I made contact with them 3 separate times attempting to get a quote for condo insurance. Each time I was told they were working on a quote and would get right back to me with a quote. They never got back with me. Busy must be really good that they don't need anymore customers.
I’ve used Tofson’s insurance for years. Trying to support local business. I called to get a homeowners quote. It’s now 4 business days later and multiple emails and the agent has yet to contact me. I called Bartels insurance in Baraboo and Scott had a quote and all the information I needed with in an hour.
Used Tofson's for many years,not sure what these people are talking about , always call me back and help with anything I need. Very professional, with that small town friendly kindness!
Out of most insurance agency Tammy was awesome to work with and helped us right away and found what we were looking for !
