Pat Malone - State Farm Insurance Agent

Very un-helpful. Was told I had to have someone else call when I just wanted a quote even though my name is on the policy and vehicle. I’m not sure why you couldn’t give me an estimated price and then give the details to the policy holder should we want to go through with it.

I’ve had my home and car insured by State Farm for almost 30 years in Chicago, For approximately 15 of those years I had my trailer Insured at Pat Malone's office in the dells area. since I kept my trailer full time in Winconsin Dells, never once had a claim until I thought I was going to have one this year. First thing I found out was that my deductible was changed without my consent or knowledge, then I find out that State Farm denied a claim that I thought I might have had without looking at my trailer. When I asked Pat Malone for help he did NOTHING! Other countless issues I had at this office i.e.when I requested info from his office they sent me everything else but what I needed including information from my home which had nothing to do with his office. They respond in a day or so, like it's said in the commercial, and it feels like if something happens they will try their best to get you situated. Great insurance.
