We are a transportation service that are dependent on agents to Make sure we Have insurance moving into the new year. We switched from our carrier that we had for four years because of issues with Our old Insurance agent. We sat down with JSON From Tricor who guaranteed They have the insurance brokers we needed So our commercial insurance did not lapse Unfortunately, they did not get it done for us and almost put us out of business because our insurance lapse and it’s been six days and still no insurance. We can’t get a direct answer from this agent on when we will receive insurance. I’m glad I decided to start looking for assurance myself and successfully retained it. While , the agent from TriCor. Awful service. Had multiple instances of the agent not responding. Decided to cancel my policies, which also was difficult. I contacted TriCor multiple times, filled out the paperwork and my policy still renewed. It's impossible to call the insurance company for help, because TriCor wants all calls routed to them. It took hours to finally get my policy canceled, all along the way, the TriCor representative was rude and passive aggressive. I would not recommend this agency at all.

Cancelled my insurance instead of trying to cancel my automatic withdrawal. Payment was still deducted then I got a letter saying insurance.canceled. then I got a check refunding difference of payment. No one from TRICOR or farmers insurance could find records or reinstate policy or offer any explanation after over 20 years of business and only one claimin
